Have an Honest Conversation About What’s Next

This is a free, 30‑minute, confidential conversation.

Not a sales call. Not an assessment. Not a commitment.

It’s simply space to talk, calmly and honestly, about where you are, what feels unclear and whether this work is right for you.

Of men aged 50-75 ‘hardly ever or never’ think about their mental wellbeing,

New research shows that many men over 50 are living on autopilot emotionally, rarely pausing to reflect on their mental wellbeing. It highlights a quiet but widespread disconnect at a stage of life where inner clarity matters more than ever.

Find Your Path

You don’t have to be part of that statistic.

Awareness begins with a single conversation, and sometimes, that’s all it takes to regain clarity and start living more deliberately.

My Mission

I work with men over 50 who are functioning well on the outside, but know that something inside has changed. My approach is grounded in lived experience, including career change, relationship breakdown, and navigating identity beyond performance; as well as 15 years of professional work helping people regain clarity, steadiness, and alignment. This conversation is held with care, honesty, and respect.

Availability

I work with a maximum of six men at any one time.

This ensures the work remains focused, personal, and properly held.

If availability is currently full, you’ll be offered the option to join a short waitlist.

What to Expect

What This Conversation Is

This conversation is an opportunity to:

  • Slow things down and be properly heard
  • Make sense of what feels misaligned beneath the surface
  • Clarify what this stage of life is asking of you
  • Explore whether working together would be useful

There’s no pressure to decide anything during the call.

Clarity is the aim, not persuasion.

What This Conversation Is Not

This is simply a conversation, no pushy sales tactics. You can book it with the knowledge that…..

  • It’s not therapy
  • It’s not coaching “on the spot”
  • It’s not about fixing you
  • And it’s not a pitch disguised as curiosity

If it’s not the right fit, that will be clear — and that’s absolutely fine.

What We May Talk About

Every conversation is different, but we may explore:

  • What has shifted for you over recent years
  • Where you feel uncertain, restless, or misaligned
  • What you’ve already tried and why it hasn’t resolved things
  • What kind of support (if any) would actually be helpful now

You don’t need to prepare. You don’t need the right language. You don’t need to know what you want yet.

Just come as you are.

What Happens After the Call?

We agree that working together makes sense, and discuss next steps

We agree that now isn’t the right time and you may revisit this at a later time

We agree that this isn’t the right fit for you

All three are positive outcomes for you. You’ll have more clarity than before you had the call.

You will not be followed up, chased, or convinced.

Ian S

I had a number of meetings with Charles and the outcome has been outstanding. He has provided me with various life skills and the confidence to achieve all my goals.

If you’re thinking of using Charles services, go for it, you wont be disappointed.

Mike Gunnill

Charles was most helpful at a time it was needed. I was inspired by his support and experience which helped my personal confidence to return. I would completely recommend Charles. Just take that first step.

Stephen Pearce

Charles is an experienced and competent therapist who clearly wants to support his clients. He has helped me immensely. I was referred to him by Sara Davison and am so grateful she did.

Robert Dann

I can’t recommend Charles’s services highly enough. He is empathetic, supportive and a consummate professional who guided me through a period of stress and gave me the tools to support me through positive change.

You don’t need to know where this leads. You just need to be willing to have the conversation.
